It is with regret and, I are sure, no surprise,that Medway Drum Studio will be remaining closed for the foreseeable future. Although schools are scheduled to open over the next few weeks, due to the closeness of one to one lessons, I've deemed it unsafe to commence at the same time.
This does not have to mean practice stops!! Crack on!!🤘

Covid-19 Update
Due to the government announcement today and our local tier being 3, we will unfortunately be remaining closed for the remainder of this year. Hopefully we will be ok to start in the new Spring Term from 4th of January 2021.
Note: This is no excuse for not practicing so crack on and NO hiding behind cymbals!!

You may away from your one to one personal lessons, but there's no excuse for not practicing!

Due to the tightening of the local and national COVID guidelines and rules, we have taken the tough decision to close for the entirety of November. We understand that the new rules don't take effect until Thursday, but in the interest of safety to our students, guardians and families we are closing with immediate effect. We have students of all agess from 5 to 70+ from different households and schools. We believe that early and immediate compliance with the rules will be in everyone's interest.
This week I am going to set up my studio for online teaching. This will be via Zoom or other platform. All current students who would like to sample online learning will receive a free thirty minute taster session.
Full details of the action students will need to take to participate in these lessons will be sent via email to their direct accounts or guardian account.
I hope you understand our reasoning regarding the above. The protection of our students and families is paramount.

At Medway Drum Studio we are making our environment as COVID safe as we can. Thanks to one of our students we have gone all corporate with our masks!

After a rather elongated break, we are now back teaching. It was great to welcome new students and familiar faces.
We have two spaces available for Mondays.
