This week, our Level 2 Commis Chefs have been mastering the art of meat and offal, creating dishes packed with flavor and skill! 🥩🍽️

From rich Calves Liver Stroganoff to a hearty Beef Bourguignon, and perfectly sautéed kidneys, they’ve truly showcased their culinary expertise. 🧑‍🍳🔥

The Jewish Festival of Lights celebrates a miracle that happened in Jerusalem over 2,000 years ago. It is celebrated with a nightly menorah lighting as well as playing dreidel, singing songs and preparing and enjoying delicious food like latkes, pancakes and doughnuts.
