Things we didn’t anticipate writing in a risk assessment today.

As per ‘The Protection of Badgers Act 1992 3.1 (c)’ it is an offence to obstruct access to or any entrance of a badgers sett, but site operatives must be protected from slips, trips and falls. Please barrier off 3 sides leaving the opening facing the field exposed.
