The children loved planting baby leaf lettuce today for Earth Day!

Even though the weather has been very changeable over the last few weeks, we have still been enjoying our outside play

At Little Learners, we love exploring different cultures, traditions and celebrations from around the world! 🌍❤️

This half term our little learners have been busy enjoying activities inspired by Chinese New Year, Pancake Day, and Ramadan. From creative crafts and sensory play to learning about special traditions and tasty treats, it’s been a wonderful opportunity to spark curiosity and encourage understanding of the world around us.

Through celebrating diverse festivals, we help children learn about kindness, respect, and inclusion in a fun and age-appropriate way.

Nothing gives me greater satisfaction, than to watch children have uninterrupted opportunities to create their own masterpieces !

Today we had a special visit to a local care home.

The children had a wonderful time, playing games, singing songs and sharing lots of smiles and laughter with the residents.

It was lovely to see the joy on everyone's faces as the generations came together.

Experiences like these, help the children to learn kindness, empathy and the importance of community.

We're already looking forward to our next visit .

The Autumn term so far! What fun we've had, welcoming new little ones and taking part in fun activities together. We are super excited to start the Christmas festivities.

WOW! What a Summer term it's been!
We've had so much fun being outdoors and going on some lovely trips together!
We've said goodbye to some of our children who are now starting big School and we will miss them very much!

Here's to a lovely Summer break to recharge the batteries ready for new starters in September.
