BushKraft Forest School CIC

Hi.
We must apologise to the children of a school we have worked with for many years. (not bradfields school children)

Due to it being summer holidays, we have been asked by SO many children and their parents. when they are coming back to BushKraft Forest School CIC. Today again we was asked in Aldi so unfortunately as of September decisions have been made and we will no longer be working with the children as a normal weekly session (our school group). Its been a collaborative decision and out of both parties control. There has been no wrong doing on either side. In an ideal world both parties would have liked to carry on, but unfortunately it's not an ideal world.

Regards and best wishes to EVERY child we have ever worked with.

We will however still be continuing our other sessions when the schools go back.

Hi everyone, as you all will probably have the same text message from the government BushKraft Forest School CIC will NOT be doing ANY fire activities. Any booked or enquired birthday parties / sessions will be offered either change of plans or full refund. This is now until the 15th of September 2026. (Those before today have already had theirs as was until 15th august)

Home education / parent & child last day of term rifle shooting. These are the youngest that took part. The eldest were of course the adults.....lol. children enjoyed the fun, whilst adults were competitive..... haha.

We had fun in the woods yesterday playing tyre bowling, mud kitchen and water play that turned into a water fight for those who wanted to join in and the other children played on the swings and slides. Even the new boy joined in the water fight and went home dirty but happy.

This week at our child and parent group our main activitie was making stick people out of elder wood. The perents seemed to like it more than the children and made Rick the stick and Princess sticky. The children used drain pipes to get water down the hill. Then they pored water in to correct colored container to go in to the pans.

This week we all done some stick weaving…even most of the parents had a go 😂 to finish off the last session of the term they all enjoyed their cooked marshmellows to make smores 🤤

At our child and parent/carers session on Friday. We started by creating a pathway. Then the children decided to race down the hill

Over the last 2 weeks at our BushKtaft Forest School CIC child, parents and carers session. We built a rope bridge and pulled some tyres up a hill.

Today at Bushkraft the children did metal detecting, that turn into finding worms. Thay also used drain pipes to get water down the hill.
