I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has already signed up for the 11+ group and to those who have liked, shared, and recommended me to others. Your support means so much and I’m incredibly grateful.

📚 Important Update 📚

After much thought, I have made the exciting decision to return to the classroom from September. As a result, I will no longer be offering one-to-one tutoring sessions.

Over the last few years, I have had the privilege of working with so many amazing children and their families. I have learnt so much along the way and every session has been a joy. The support, kindness and trust that families have shown me has meant so much and I truly feel that this experience has made me a better teacher. Thank you for trusting me with your children.

This chapter has worked brilliantly for my family while my children have been young. However, with my youngest starting school in September, I have decided that returning to daytime working is the right move for us. I am delighted to be returning to a school that I know and love.

Although one-to-one tutoring will be coming to an end, 11+ sessions will continue to be available. There are currently just 3 spaces remaining so if this is something you would be interested in please do get in touch.

Thank you again for all your support over the years.

This evening's sessions will continue as usual. Please send your child along in cool clothing and with a drink. We will have the fan on, the windows will be open and the blinds will be closed to help keep everyone comfortable.

Term 6 is well underway, and it has been wonderful to welcome students and families back.

A reminder for parents and carers of children currently in Year 5 who would like their child to sit the Medway Test and/or the Kent Test for grammar school entry:

-𝗠𝗲𝗱𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟮 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲.
- 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆.

If you would like your child to attend a Medway grammar school, they will need to sit the Medway Test.

If you would like your child to attend a Kent grammar school, they will need to sit the Kent Test.

Please ensure you complete the relevant registration before the deadlines.

💥 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟓 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐6 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 💥

If your child is currently in Year 5 and you are considering grammar school in Medway, registration for the Medway Test 2026 opens today, Monday 18th May at 9am and will remain open until 5pm on Friday 12th June 2026.

Children attending Medway primary or junior schools will sit the test at their own school on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th September 2026.

Children not attending a Medway school will take the test at a designated test centre on Saturday 19th or Sunday 20th September 2026 which will be allocated after registration.

Assessment results will be released on Wednesday 14th October 2026.

Registration opens Monday 1st June 2026 and closes Wednesday 1st July 2026.

The Kent Test takes place on Thursday 10th September 2026 in school.

Assessment results will be released Thursday 15th October 2026 after 4pm.

Make sure to mark these key dates in your calendar and register early!

✨ Term 5 ✨

Welcome back everyone!

Tutoring starts again tonight as we kick off Term 5. A short but busy one with lots to get through! I'm looking forward to tutoring in the daylight and hoping for plenty of sunshine too (🤞🏼)

I hope everyone had a lovely break. Here is a photo I took on a morning walk whilst on holiday last week with my family and our amazing friends.
