(Incorporating Chatburn Baby Unit, After School Club and Holiday Club)

Chatburn Pre-School is a privately owned Pre-School situated in the heart of the Ribble Valley, and has been established for over 20 years. We can offer you and your child:

3 months to 2 years Baby Unit 7.30am to 6.00pm
2 years to 4 years Pre-School

9.00am to 3.30pm

Extended Services:

Breakfast Club available from 7.30am to 9.00am
After School Club 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Available for children from 2 years to 11 years

Holiday Club available from 8.30am to 5.30pm
Available for children from 2 years to 5 years



We provide our families with a safe, loving and nurturing environment by offering outstanding care with a passion for learning in a home from home environment. Our aim is for every child to leave Chatburn Pre-School and baby unit with a curious mind, a love for learning, oozing with confidence to explore and have a language rich vocabulary. We want every child to have been nurtured in their learning and development by offering a safe enriched environment. We are passionate to offer an ambitious curriculum that has communication and language at the very heart, one that follows children's interests and builds on what they know. We aim to offer a range of enriched learning opportunities through the Principles of the EYFS. Our curriculum enrichments that shows our Intent, our Implementation and our impact and the importance of the child’s voice, Inclusion and play. Our aim is for parents to feel they are at the centre of their child's learning journey and leave us feeling supported and confident their child will flourish as they begin their next chapter. Our vision is to support children’s communication, language and interaction skills for them to become confident communicators through life long learning.

Can you read stories upside down, sing songs and get messy and give lovely cuddles!! We are looking for someone to work for around 40 hours a week all year around, we would be willing to look at a jobshare for 20 hours a week each.

We are having a large number of calls and emails at the moment with regards to Baby Unit interest we are currently full and will be until April 2026 so are operating a waiting list situation for days that become available.
