This week Mal Farrow and I, are with Northumberland FRS delivering an SFJ(A) Level 4 Award in Intermediate Incident Command in Fire & Rescue Services (QCF Level 4) to a group of Station Managers.

These courses have been designed to deliver more than just the qualification, with a focus on command competence, achieved with a series of scenarios tailored to the organisations response area and local risks.

These courses can be delivered at any training venue, significantly reducing the organisations training costs, we also handle all the portfolio administration and IQA/EQA process.

This qualification is suitable for both the domestic and aviation industry.

A great week delivering the SFJ QCF Level 4 Award Intermediate Incident Command at Staffordshire FRS. A fantastic group of Officers who worked hard all week and who are a credit to Staffs FRS.

A hard day for DDFRS Officers on the SFJ(A) Level 6 Award - Level 3 Advanced Incident Command Course today. Summative Tactical Assessment day. Their great efforts throughout the week saw all pass, a huge well done.

Busy week next week delivering our first SFJ Level 5 Award in Designing and Delivering Incident Command training. Looking forward to it. A great deal of interest in the SFJ(A) Level 4 Award - Intermediate Incident Command too with three courses completed.
