Autism and Anxiety Courses

The course focuses on building communication skills, improving understanding of the purpose of actions and behaviours, exploring thinking processes, as well as including a sensory processing experience. It is a perfect stand-alone course to learn more about autism and anxiety, or can equally offer progression onto other courses or qualifications.

The courses will run over zoom on either a Monday or Tuesday evening on the following dates:

Monday 10th January, and 17th January - from 7.30pm to 8.30pm

Or

Tuesday 11th January, and 18th January - from 7.30pm to 8.30pm

This course is free to anyone who is not currently in employment, education or training, is suffering with mental health , and earns under the minimum wage threshold through Somerset Skills and Learning - to enrol you can follow click here and enter the keyword "autism".

The course is open to all professionals or parents wanting to learn more even if you don't meet the above criteria, you can register your interest by emailing [email protected]
