⭐️ You guys were brilliant tonight as always. I always love Tuesday nights with the best Team Tuesday ever!! ⭐️

🏝️ August is always a quieter month because of the summer holidays, so if you fancy giving ((BOUNCE)) a go, in a less busy environment, where I can give a bit more attention to technique and showing less intense options, then August is the month for you 🏝️

To those of you having some time off for the summer, have a lovely break and I hope to see you again after the school holidays.

It was great to be back ((BOUNCE))-ing with you guys tonight. It was another hot one! 🥵 I’m so glad our studio at Hiltingbury Sports has AC!!

You’re smashing the tracks from this latest volume 💪 My heart rate peaked at 168bpm tonight and I’m sure that was during ‘Drop It’ which is EPIC fast!!! You were all amazing!!
