🎨 Celebrating Yayoi Kusama in Art Club! 🎨

Kicking off the first ever Get Arty afterschool club, we explored the wonderful world of Yayoi Kusama and her love of polka dots! 🔴🟡🔵

The children really understood the concept and embraced Kusama’s distinctive style, creating three fantastic pieces of spotty artwork, all centred around another of Yayoi Kusama’s favourite subjects — the pumpkin! 🎃

It was wonderful to see their creativity, imagination and individuality shine through in each piece. 🌟

🌿🦉 GET ARTY PARTY No. 2 — AND WHAT A PARTY IT WAS! 🦌🍄✨

I’m so excited to share that I have just hosted my SECOND EVER Get Arty Party! 🎉🎨

This time, I welcomed 15 fantastic young artists for a magical Woodland Diorama Party! 🌳🌿🦊
The room was filled with creativity, imagination and lots of happy little artists as everyone got busy creating their very own mini woodland worlds. 🍄🌲🦔

There were foxes, rabbits, hedgehogs, deer, owls, trees, grasses and so many wonderful little details — and the best part was seeing just how different every single creation turned out!

Each child brought their own ideas, imagination and personality to their artwork, and I was absolutely blown away by their creativity. 💚🎨
