IKMF UK Autumn Camp Part 1

Six seminars. One weekend. 🔥

Members of M-Power Krav Maga attended the IKMF UK Autumn Camp, training under EIT Chris Murray and GIT Israel Cohen.

Different topics, different environments, different threats. Events like this stretch you beyond your comfort zone, sharpen your fundamentals and remind you that there's always more to learn.

Thank you to Chris and Israel for sharing their expertise, and to everyone who trained hard in all weekend.👊

New updates. Same mission.

Thursday night kicked off our series on the latest updates to the IKMF syllabus, and Chris took the class through the first set of changes.

The IKMF is not a museum of old techniques. We update, upgrade and grow.

That's what keeps Krav Maga honest. What works gets sharpened. What can be better gets improved. And we make sure what you train in the room is current, practical and built for real life.

More to come over the coming weeks. Don't miss out.

M-Power. Making you harder to hurt.

Tonight's MACE 🔥

Chris dusted off some drills from his Defence Lab days and built a brand new 5 week MACE programme around them.

Tonight was the first taste:
🔸 Blocking with elbows
🔸 Fast counters
🔸 Movement and combination drills on top

Something new for the M-Power Crew.

MACE by M-Power. We offer more.
