🐑🐐🐇 A very special day at Learn & Grow STEM Daycare! 🐓🐾

We were so excited to welcome some wonderful farm animals to visit our little learners! 💚

Experiences like this are about so much more than having fun. Meeting and interacting with animals can provide children with wonderful opportunities to support their emotional and social development — encouraging kindness, empathy, confidence, gentle behaviour and respect for other living things. 🥰

For some children, getting close to an animal can be a brand-new experience. Having the opportunity to observe, touch, listen and interact at their own pace can help build confidence, manage emotions and develop a sense of curiosity and wonder. 🌱✨

It’s also a fantastic hands-on learning experience! Children can explore different animals, the sounds they make, what they eat, where they live and how we care for them — bringing learning to life through real experiences. 🐑🌾
