Bounce Caversham ((BOUNCE)) is a FUN, FRIENDLY & FIERCE mini trampoline fitness class for all ages and abilities.

((BOUNCE)) Mondays 6pm - 7pm
((BOUNCE)) Wednesdays 6.45pm - 7.45pm
((BOUNCE)) Blast (use of optional hand weights) Thursdays 6.30pm - 7.15pm

It was great to see all of you at BEATS and BALANCE! 🥰

I absolutely loved the vibes! I'm so proud of you, especially if you did the double! 💪

No Wednesday classes next week but the amazing Jay is going to ((B)) with you on Monday. Come and join her. 💕
