Another busy day as we get closer to the end of the holidays.
🙏 Thank you to Catterick Golf Club Catterick Golf Juniors for coming along and running an ‘Intro to Golf’ Session.
🙏 Thank you too, to Jane from RURAL ARTS for coming along and talking about ‘A day in the life of an Artist’ and helping us all have a go at lots of new crafting activities.

🧁 It’s the little things!!
Bursting with pride and excitement today one of our older children arrived carrying a ‘Thank you’ gift.
‘Here you go Beki Bulmer, I’ve made you a special cake! I’ve whipped the cream myself and added everything I know you like’
During this Summer we have been privileged to receive ‘Reducing Food Waste’ deliveries from FareShare Yorkshire.
The children have all learned how to whip their own cream and beat milk until it turns to butter.
We have shared over 200kgs of food with our families and friends and hope you’ve all enjoyed the selection of food available at the front door.
One more delivery on Thursday!

Nepal Flood Relief 2026 - an appeal from Gurkha Training Company in Catterick for communities affected by the floods that struck Nepal on 26 August 2026. Members of the company and ITC are taking on 7,325 kilometres in 30 days, representing the distance from Catterick to Rasuwa, one of the areas at the centre of the flooding. The campaign has already raised £85 from three donations, and collected funds will be handed to Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund through Headquarters Brigade of Gurkhas. Please donate or share the GoFundMe page if you can, and thank you for helping keep this connection to Nepal strong.

Thank you to Yorksure-CPR for supporting the Continuous Professional Development that we are so committed to.
The majority of our team have now completed training on Benedict’s Law - all about allergy awareness and procedures to follow if children show signs of anaphylaxis.
We already have a Child Health Policy in place that outlines our responsibilities regarding First Aid, Illnesses, Allergies, Infection Control & Accidents.

Last week we all enjoyed a visit from Belle's Beasties CIC .
We touched, stroked, held and enjoyed the company of all the animals.
