For anyone coming and anyone considering a last minute booking for tomorrow.

Kidz Smart is on Saturday 12th April 2025 at 10.00am-11.30am.

Cost is £15.00 payable by cash or bacs (message for details):

Please wear comfortable clothing like tracksuit bottoms/leggings and a t-shirt. No shoes can be worn on the mats so trampoline socks with grips or bare feet please. Also bring a drink.

Parents can stay to watch or can leave if they wish.

We sometimes use photographs and video's of these sessions to help advertise future workshops. We need to know if you would be happy for your child to be in them or not. If not we will make sure they are not captured. Parents are also welcome to take pictures and videos.

1 Week to go until our Spring Training Weekend at Progressive Martial Arts in Colburn, Catterick Garrison.

Kidz Smart is for all children aged 5 to 14 year old. No martial arts experience is necessary.

Spring Training Weekend is for ages 14+ and again no martial arts experience is necessary.

We still have some spaces in our Kidz Smart on 12th April 2025.

Please message me asap if you wish to come as we have non members wishing to take spaces but priorty goes to members.

This is not related to any of our martial arts classes. It teaches very important awareness drills to become less of a target for bullies and also what to do if approached or worse by an adult.

It is proven not to scare children but to empower them and the difference in confidence is the biggest reason we do it.

Book on asap by messaging me as spaces are very limited.

Deep cleaning the suits at this time of year is a pain. Its taken 4 days for them to dry out. Wet and dry vac made little differnce.

Action shot from last weekends seminar. This is the first time I ever remember being kicked in the head while, wearing the suit, that wasnt me letting it happen for a photo. 100%put me on the deck and may have been lights out if I wasnt padded up.

I am in the process of updating the martial arts club website. I wouldnt normally go "fishing" for compliments but if you have ever trained with me or the club and would like to send a "testimonial" of how great the club is, please could you private message me with one.
