When you’re looking for a baby class, it can sometimes feel like they all offer similar things - music, lights, sensory props, bubbles and lots of colourful fun but Baby Sensory was created by Dr Lin Day, a child development expert, so behind every activity is a reason we do it 🧠

Our sessions are carefully planned around how babies learn and develop, with activities chosen to encourage things like curiosity, communication, movement, confidence and those important early connections between you and your baby 💞

✨ The programme is enjoyed by families in more then 30 countries!
✨ Sessions are led by fully trained Baby Sensory practitioners (yes, we are assessed!)

As a Mum myself that was sat on our yellow mats only a year ago, I know you want to make the most of the precious time with your baby because it goes WAY too quickly 🥹 and that's why I take pride in creating meaningful moments, because after all, Baby Sensory is about so much more than having fun - it’s about learning, growing and discovering the world together 🌍

🚀 Space Week - we’ll zoom into space and become little astronauts
✨ Sleep Tight - a calming, twinkly session designed to soothe and calm
🦈 A Shark’s Tale - a magical underwater adventure filled with beautiful lights and under the sea fun

Are you new to Baby Sensory and wondering what it’s all about? 💭

Baby Sensory is a class focused on learning and development and was founded by a leading child development expert 20 years ago, Dr Lin Day. The programme is suitable for babies from birth to 13 months and is a wonderful opportunity for little ones to learn, explore and develop through play. It's also a lovely chance to meet new grown-ups in the same stage of life in a welcoming and safe space 🫶🏻

Every week brings a brand-new themed adventure, with activities carefully designed to support your baby’s development 🧠 Classes include music, instruments, baby massage, movement, signing, magical lights and our much-loved puppet shows!

Rainbow Baby Day 2026🌈

Do you have or know somebody that has a May, June, July or August baby? Did you know I have a designated class just for you on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's at 11:00? ✨

Your baby’s brain develops at an incredible rate during their first year, making those early months such an important time for learning and development 👶🏻

At Baby Sensory, your little one is gently introduced to a variety of sights, sounds, textures, movement, colours and smells which helps to build the foundations for future learning 🧠

Oh and even if your newborn sleeps through some of the session, they’re still taking in and processing the experiences around them and you still get the opportunity to come along, meet other grown ups and of course enjoy the session yourself too 😉

It's never to soon to come along and get the chance to connect, bond, build confidence and make precious memories together from the very beginning 🥰

The Baby Sensory Beach kit is officially unpacked. The washer has already done two loads, my draining board is currently overflowing with shells, pine cones and beach trays and I am absolutely KNACKERED! 🫧😂

But it's the end of another term which means another opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to each and every one of you that have attended my sessions (and those booked on ready for Autumn too) 🍂 I really don't take you for granted as it's you that makes this possible. And to my Graduates, it's been such a privilege to watch you learn and grow 🎓

I absolutely love seeing you all every week and I'm so so grateful for each one of you. I can’t wait to share another lovely term and make more memories with you all 💛

Cleaning is such an important part of what I do behind the scenes at Baby Sensory and oh my goodness, the time that goes into it! 😂

From scrubbing the mats to washing, wiping and cleaning the equipment we use each week because keeping the equipment and spaces we use clean is so important for the safety and wellbeing of your little ones that you bring along each week 💛

The bubbles and sparkles might be the glamorous part of Baby Sensory, but there’s definitely a lot of cleaning that goes on behind the scenes too! ✨
