We love the classes with Vicky. Each exercise is explained as to how it benefits your baby and Vicky puts so much effort into the classes. It’s very relaxed and enjoyable for both parent and baby, would definitely recommend!

Vicky’s classes are amazing. So imaginative and fun! Each class is clearly carefully curated, with super creative themes and activities throughout. She’s incredible at what she does, as well as being really kind and sensitive - would highly recommend. Babies love it and it’s a lovely group of people who attend. Don’t miss out on these classes!

As we step into 2026, the year Baby Sensory® turns 20, we couldn’t wish for a better start!
We are so incredibly proud to share that Dr Lin Day, Founder of Baby Sensory® has been recognised as one of the UK’s Top 100 Most Influential People for 2026
Nominated by an external organisation and selected by an independent panel of judges, this prestigious award celebrates individuals who make a genuinely positive impact on society. With the standard of entries exceptionally high this year, this recognition is truly meaningful. The judges described Lin as a “truly influential individual who positively affects and impacts society” something we see reflected every day through the classes being delivered and the families being supported.
This honour is so richly deserved. Lin’s drive, innovation and unwavering dedication to families and the early years sector have shaped Baby Sensory® from the very beginning. Lin would be the first to say this achievement belongs to our amazing practitioners too, who bring her programmes to life day in, day out. Thank you to all of them for their passion, commitment and continued support of parents and children everywhere.

Vicky’s baby sensory classes are absolutely amazing. If you think your newborn is too young for these classes you’re mistaken. Currently doing the 0-6 month old course and will be doing the next course we’ve enjoyed them so much.
Vicky is incredibly knowledgeable about what she teaches, explaining each activity thoroughly and what your baby will learn. The activities are thoroughly engaging and my 10 week old baby absolutely loves class.
If you’re worried about taking such a young baby as I was don’t be. My baby started at 6 weeks and Vicky’s classes are the highlight of our week. Vicky is so welcoming and reassuring, and no need to worry if your baby cries or you feel stressed because Vicky is really sensitive.
I’ve learnt so much from these classes and get lots of ideas of how to play with my newborn at home. I can’t recommend these classes more highly, go on give them a try!

💛 💚Say Hello to your Baby Sensory Caterham Surrounds team!💚💛
It’s been a while and as we are welcoming lots of new families to this Autumn Term starting TOMORROW… I thought I’d do a little intro;
👋 I’m Vicky, your class leader. I first fell in love with Baby Sensory whilst taking my eldest in 2016. Watching my son develop and become so engaged in the activities we did, seeing his excitement as the ‘Say Hello to the Sun’ song came on each week, all of the wonderful themes and props, the ideas that I could use at home and the friendships we both made during our classes… I was hooked! So I made the very exciting and scary decision to leave my job in the City and start my own franchise.
9 years, hundreds of babies and a ‘Most Loved Class Leader in South East England 2023’ award later and I have never looked back! I can’t wait to welcome you to class this week 🫶
👋 Charlie (aged 9 and a half) is my musical director and founder of Baby Sensory Caterham Surrounds. Without him, we wouldn’t be here doing this. He still knows every word to all of the Baby Sensory songs we sing (and is still partial to a car sing-a-long with me…. But don’t tell his mates!). 🎵
👋 Rose (aged 7) is my chief quality control and prop tester. She loves nothing more than to inspect all of my musical instruments, sparkly lights and bubble machines to ‘make sure they’re working properly Mummy’. She also puts on a VERY good puppet show! ✨
👋 Last but certainly not least is Dave. He is head of battery changing and car packing and has been known over the years to hand out a leaflet or 2 and share a Facebook post… so I suppose that makes him my marketing director 😂 He has supported this venture from the beginning and has the patience of a saint!
Bringing the Baby Sensory programme to life in Coulsdon, Reigate and Bletchingley has been amazing and I absolutely love my job. But running a small business is hard work and I wouldn’t have been brave enough to do any of it without my team 🫶
Let’s go Autumn Term 🙌 🍂 🫶

💚 SOFT AND COSY FLEECES FOR ALL! 💛
☁️ Ever wondered what it’s like to touch a cloud? ☁️
Well from the start of our Autumn Term all our babies will as our fabulous ‘Say Hello’ fleeces will be laid out ready for you to lay or sit your baby on…. So no need to bring your own blanket (unless you’d prefer).
One less thing for you to remember to bring to class! 🌟

The 3 most common questions I get asked;
1/ Is my baby too young for your classes?
The short answer is absolutely not! During the first 3 months or your babies life, an amazing 2 million brain cell connections are formed every single second - sensory stimulation is a hugely valuable tool to aid this. Even when your newborn is having a little snooze during the class, they are still taking in a large % of what’s going on around them!
Those first few weeks/months can also be a very overwhelming time for you and can sometimes feel quite isolating. My aim is to ensure my classes offer a welcoming and safe space to meet with parents going through exactly the same as you. I’ve watched the loveliest friendships being made, both with babies and parents 💛
2/ My baby is nearly 1, are they too old for your classes?
Did you know your little one can start their last term of Baby Sensory at 13 months. I have a class in all my venues aimed specifically at older babies (6-13 months). This class includes some babies that may be on the move (both crawlers and even walkers). It is full of energy and so much fun! And I normally end up with lots of gorgeous ‘helpers’ at the front with me… especially when they spot the shakers, bubbles, sparkly lights or a puppet show! 💚
And 3/ Where do you store all your equipment…. But that’s for another post! 😉
