About us:
Tot’s Village Nursery is a small, independent, family run nursery in Caterham, Surrey established in 1994.
The purpose-built nursery, with extensive gardens, aims to provide a safe, caring and stimulating learning environment, where each child is treated equally and welcomed into a warm and homely environment.
The nursery offers high standards of care for children aged between three months to five years old and operates for 51 weeks per year. We have a dedicated team of staff who are experienced in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage and are committed to promoting the well-being of each child in our care. We place high priority on training and have a highly qualified team.
About the role:
This is an exciting position for an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated Early Years Practitioner. You will be working with a dedicated team in a family-friendly environment which is inviting to children, parents and staff. The specifics of the role are as follows:
Permanent – Full time - Hours will be 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Work closely alongside the other staff members, Deputy Manager, Manager and Owners
Be a positive role model at all times for both staff and children
To be a key person within the setting
Have a good understanding of the EYFS, ensuring all children are supported with their development
Committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Facilitating partnership with parents and carers
About you:

You need:
A full and relevant Level 3 or above childcare qualification
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework, regulations and Ofsted requirements

We are now recruiting for LUNCH TIME COVER in our wonderful friendly nursery. This is very exciting as it's the first time we have ever had this job role at the nursery.
We are looking for either part time or full time a week, between the hours of 11:30 - 2:30.
You must be a fun, energetic, kind person who has a passion for looking after children aged 6 months to 5 years.

WANTED; Part time Chef to work at our small friendly Children's Day Nursery in Caterham.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our wonderful nursery and team! The applicant should be able to cook for children of all ages from babies to 4+ years, providing a variety of freshly prepared, healthy, nutritious meals. We work on a 4 week menu rota and we would welcome your input and creativity.
It is essential to be fully conversant with all catering administrations and have a sound knowledge of Environmental Health regulations and Health and Safety legislation.
Job Type: Part-time 3 days a week (Tues, Weds & Thurs) Permanent
