FAREWELL P7 (PART 2)
Our colourful farewell to the Class of 26 continued with our P7 assembly of poetry , songs, lots of photo memories and presentation of their leavers’ hoodies in their own choice of colour! Wishing Zara, Dara , Isobel and Patrick best wishes in their new schools in September.
A special presentation was also made to Mr Seamus McMullan (Chair of Board of Governors ) to thank him for 25 years of service and dedication to Annsborough IPS!
It was lovely to welcome family members of our P7 pupils and Seamus’ son Michael to help us celebrate!

I think the photographs speak for themselves. What a fabulous fun afternoon making memories for our Class of 26 ( and Mrs Bleue-Brown ) to treasure forever! 😂😅🤣

Farm-tastic Friday Fun 🤩 😎 🚌 🐄 🐑 🐝 🍯 🐴 🚜 🤩 😎 🚌 🐄 🐑 🐝 🍯 🐴 🚜

Mrs McCabe’s class had a fantastic Friday Shared Education trip to Bullsbrook Farm, Dromore with our buddies from Bhunscoil Bheanna Boirche 🥰

Our boys and girls were able to explore lots of old farm machinery, had a walk through the bee-hive zone where 40,000 busy bees were working on honey production, spotted sheep, lambs, cows and even some fish 🐟 👀 🐑 🐮
They also met Peppa the mare and her foal Pierre 🥰.
Many thanks to Rebecca, Kate and all the crew from Bullsbrook Farm who hosted us so wonderfully!
Also many thanks to Open Farm Weekend sponsored by Bank of Ireland and Ulster Farmers’ Union for facilitating this wonderful opportunity for our children to learn about the hard work our farmers do to provide lots of our everyday food 🍯 🥚 🍖 🥩 😋 🚜

A super end to another successful year of Shared Education with our friends from Bunscoil Bheanna Boirche. An activity packed morning led by Funfit sports. Ending with a dodge ball match adults against children. The children can tell you who won !! Great fun was had by all. 😃😀😄

Annual Sports’ Day 2026 ☀️ ☔️ 🥇 🥈 😊

The rain held off long enough for us to hold our races this morning with a good few blinks of sunshine thrown in for good measure ☀️ 🏃‍♀️ ☀️ 🏃‍♀️ ☀️ 🧺 🥇 🥈

Lots of running, jumping, balancing and, most importantly, smiling! 😊

We finished off with a quick picnic and then our medal presentation and raffle organised by the wonderful “Friends of Annsborough IPS” - * more pics to follow 📸

Many thanks to all who helped to organise, donated raffle prizes, sold tickets, wrapped hampers, made tea, set up races, drew the raffle! All help was greatly appreciated and helped us raise funds whilst having fun! 🤩
