3 YEARS RUNNING — AND EVERY YEAR, WE SEE MORE HOMEWORK.

At the start of the week, many schools now send home a whole week’s worth of homework. It’s a brilliant initiative — giving families flexibility rather than putting pressure on parents to get everything done the night before.

But let’s be realistic…

Parents are busy.

You’re getting home from work, trying to get dinner on the table, running back and forth to after-school activities, helping with reading and spellings…

…and then you’re expected to remember how to do sums you haven’t done since you were at school. 😅

And don’t even get us started on trying to learn a completely different phonics system from the one you were taught!

That’s where Nurturing Minds comes in. ❤️

Our Homework Club gives children a calm, structured space to get their homework done — with support from our experienced teachers and classroom assistants.

They can work through their homework, spellings and reading, ask questions when they need help, and develop the confidence and independence to manage their own work.
What homework club includes:
✨ Healthy after-school snack
✨ All study resources & school supplies provided
✨ High-quality teachers & classroom assistants
✨ Calm, focused learning environment - technology free
✨ Support with homework, reading & spellings
✨ Monday–Thursday, 3pm–5pm

And the best part?

Homework is done before they come home — leaving you to enjoy your evening together without the homework battle. 🥰
