Celebrating Our Amazing Team!✨💛

A huge congratulations to our wonderful team members who completed their Paediatric First Aid training on Saturday!👏🏼🎉

We’re so proud of our team for investing in their knowledge and skills to ensure we continue to provide the safest, most nurturing environment for our little ones. 💫

Working in early years is about so much more than helping children learn and grow; it’s about keeping them safe, feeling secure and knowing they are cared for every step of the way. 💛

Thank you for your continued commitment to our children, families and the Nurtured family. You’re all amazing!

🖤 9/11 🖤

As airline cabin crew, this day is always one of reflection.

Thinking of the passengers, crew, and first responders whose lives were lost and the incredible bravery shown in the face of unthinkable events.

Every year, I’m reminded that this job carries a huge responsibility. It’s why I feel proud to be part of aviation, and why I never take flying for granted.

Gone but never forgotten.

A fantastic day delivering Paediatric First Aid training for a new customer.

It’s always a privilege to work with new settings and support teams in building the confidence to respond in an emergency involving a baby or child. From CPR and choking to seizures, bleeding and anaphylaxis, today’s course covered the practical skills needed to act quickly and effectively when it matters most.

One of the things I love most about training is seeing confidence grow throughout the day. By the end of the course, the whole team was dealing with scenarios, CPR and AED use with so much more confidence.

Thank you to Little Explorers nursery for choosing 1st Steps First Aid for your training.

If your setting is due to renew training this year, feel free to get in touch for fully accredited, EYFS and Ofsted compliant Paediatric First Aid courses delivered in a relaxed, supportive and practical way.

What a lovely review 💚

So proud to support the Nurtured team and their children, delivering training that builds confidence from staff right through to the little ones. Well done to the amazing little Life Saving Superheroes that attended todays class🦸 ⛑️ 💚

Another week doing what I love, delivering first aid training to groups of learners from a wide range of settings, with a mix of Emergency First Aid at Work and Paediatric courses.

This video shows some of the practical elements being carried out, and the standard was genuinely impressive. From CPR and AED use to managing real life scenarios, confidence built throughout the session and it really showed.

I always say it does not matter where you work or who you care for, these are skills that everyone should have. Seeing people from different backgrounds come together and support each other through the training is one of the best parts of what I do.

A big well done to everyone who attended. It is clear to see the effort that went into getting the practical elements right, and that is exactly what makes the difference in a real emergency.

I’ve been a bit quiet on here the past few weeks, juggling courses, flying and keeping up with the school holidays

Here’s a little reel from this week’s Paediatric First Aid qualification course at

We covered some of the absolute essentials that every parent, carer and early years professional should feel confident with

• CPR for infants and children, knowing when and how to act can save a life
• Choking management, quick recognition and early action is key
• Recovery position, especially important for an unresponsive but breathing child
• Using an AED, it’s there to help you and will guide you step by step
• Managing common childhood incidents like burns, bleeding and febrile seizures

First aid isn’t about being perfect, it’s about having the confidence to step in and do something when it matters most

Well done to everyone who completed the course
