Jess Thomas - Vocal Coach

22/09/2026

𝘼 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙪𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚…I’ve moved to Liverpool!📍

After many years in West Yorkshire, I’ve officially packed up my life in Castleford and started a brand new chapter in Liverpool.

And saying goodbye to this little house also meant saying goodbye to the place where Jess Thomas Vocal Coach began 🥹

I started my teaching business back in 2020, with no idea where it would take me or how many wonderful students I’d have the privilege of working with along the way.

Over the last six years, I’ve coached students through vocal development, exams, auditions, performances and professional training, and I’m incredibly grateful to every single person who has trusted me with their voice 🫶🏻

It feels very strange to be closing the Castleford chapter, but I’m also so excited to see what this next one brings.

So, for the time being, all of my private 1:1 Vocal & Performance Coaching will now be online 💻

I’m really happy that this means I can continue working with some of my existing students from my new home in Liverpool, as well as welcoming new students from further afield.

Here’s to new beginnings, new opportunities and the next chapter…✨

Thank you for everything, Castleford 🧡

My studio has evolved over the last year.

I now work specifically with Musical Theatre performers who are serious about professional work.

If you’re actively auditioning and want focused, strategic preparation, you’re welcome to get in touch.

02/02/2026

This studio is for musical theatre performers who want clarity, consistency and honest feedback - not quick fixes.

A focused space, by design.

Most performers don’t need more songs.
They need 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨.

A strong Rep folder should make it obvious who you are, where you sit in the industry and what roles you belong in.

That’s how you move from 𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦 to 𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦.

14/01/2026

This is the level of vocal reliability I train my performers towards.

Not big.
Not pushed.
𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚.

Because that’s what casting teams actually trust in the room.

Here are some seriously 𝓈𝓅𝑜𝑜𝓀𝓎 𝖈𝖗𝖊𝖊𝖕𝖞 f̶r̶e̶e̶e̶e̶a̶k̶y̶ numbers you can add to your set lists and Rep this weekend to really get those spines chilling 😱
