👋 Meet Nazia, our new Senior Account Manager!

We’re delighted to welcome Nazia Malik to the Progress Teachers team. 💛

Nazia brings 10 years of recruitment experience, specialising in Primary and SEND across the East Midlands. She’s also a school governor, giving her a valuable understanding of the challenges, priorities and pressures schools face beyond recruitment.

As our new Senior Account Manager, Nazia will be working closely with our school and trust partners, building strong relationships and providing the personal, responsive service we pride ourselves on.

We’re so pleased to have her experience, sector knowledge and passion for education on board.

📍 We’ve moved!

We kicked off the new academic year with an office party, celebrating 6 years and our new home!

Centrally located, we’re better placed to visit our partner schools, and surrounded by a bit of a buzz… although dangerously close to daily iced coffees.

A new office that feels like a real reflection of how far we’ve come, our team, our schools, trusts and brilliant candidates. 🙌

💙 That's a wrap on another school year!

Whether you've already started your summer holidays or you're breaking up today, we hope you take the time to rest, recharge and enjoy every moment of your well-deserved break. ☀️

Behind every pupil is an incredible community of people. Teachers, Teaching Assistants, school leaders, office teams, site staff, SEND professionals, pastoral teams and so many others all work together to make a difference every single day.

To everyone working across education... thank you. Your dedication, care and hard work never go unnoticed.

It's also been an amazing year for Progress Teachers. We've welcomed new partnerships, visited more schools, expanded our wellbeing initiatives and continued to grow our team. We're so grateful to be part of such a supportive education community.

What a dream team! 🌟

Last week, the Progress team headed to Manchester to celebrate an incredible academic year together.

Looking back on everything we've achieved, it's amazing to see how much we've grown as a team, the impact we've made within our community, and the incredible network of schools, trusts, and candidates we've built along the way.

We're so proud of what we've accomplished together and grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey.

Now it's time to enjoy a well-earned summer with a slightly slower pace before we hit the ground running in September.

Congratulations to the winner of the 2026 Progress Teachers World Cup Sweepstake!

After a brilliant tournament, Doug’s team, Spain 🇪🇸, went all the way and lifted the trophy.

A special thank you to Dinesh, Our Trust Partnership Manager, who worked hard throughout the tournament to ensure that even the non-football fans in the team were kept fully up to date!

The delay in this year's SATs results has been tough on schools, but it has also highlighted just how important this milestone is. Every result reflects months of hard work, dedication and support.

But as teachers and school staff, you know better than anyone that primary school is about so much more than SATs.

It's the confidence you've helped build. The resilience you've encouraged. The friendships you've watched grow. The support you've given every step of the way.

Those achievements may not appear on a results sheet, but they matter just as much.

🏃‍♂️ We're running together for Footprints Conductive Education Centre.

This year, members of the Progress Teachers and Edun teams are taking on the Robin Hood Half Marathon in support of Footprints Conductive Education Centre, a charity that's incredibly close to our hearts 💙 💛 💚

Footprints supports children with mobility and communication difficulties, helping them and their families thrive through specialist education and therapy.

For us, this is personal. Our founder's son has attended Footprints for over a year, giving him an inclusive place to grow, play and simply be a little boy.

We'll be sharing more over the coming months, and we'd love your support as we fundraise for this amazing charity.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps Footprints Conductive Education Centre continue providing life-changing support to children and their families.
