💙 That's a wrap on another school year!

Whether you've already started your summer holidays or you're breaking up today, we hope you take the time to rest, recharge and enjoy every moment of your well-deserved break. ☀️

Behind every pupil is an incredible community of people. Teachers, Teaching Assistants, school leaders, office teams, site staff, SEND professionals, pastoral teams and so many others all work together to make a difference every single day.

To everyone working across education... thank you. Your dedication, care and hard work never go unnoticed.

It's also been an amazing year for Progress Teachers. We've welcomed new partnerships, visited more schools, expanded our wellbeing initiatives and continued to grow our team. We're so grateful to be part of such a supportive education community.

🕘 Over the summer, our office hours will be 9:00am–2:00pm until 1 September.

👉 We'll still be here if you need us, so don't hesitate to get in touch.

What a dream team! 🌟

Last week, the Progress team headed to Manchester to celebrate an incredible academic year together.

Looking back on everything we've achieved, it's amazing to see how much we've grown as a team, the impact we've made within our community, and the incredible network of schools, trusts, and candidates we've built along the way.

We're so proud of what we've accomplished together and grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey.

Now it's time to enjoy a well-earned summer with a slightly slower pace before we hit the ground running in September.

Congratulations to the winner of the 2026 Progress Teachers World Cup Sweepstake!

After a brilliant tournament, Doug’s team, Spain 🇪🇸, went all the way and lifted the trophy.

A special thank you to Dinesh, Our Trust Partnership Manager, who worked hard throughout the tournament to ensure that even the non-football fans in the team were kept fully up to date!

The delay in this year's SATs results has been tough on schools, but it has also highlighted just how important this milestone is. Every result reflects months of hard work, dedication and support.

But as teachers and school staff, you know better than anyone that primary school is about so much more than SATs.

It's the confidence you've helped build. The resilience you've encouraged. The friendships you've watched grow. The support you've given every step of the way.

Those achievements may not appear on a results sheet, but they matter just as much.

🏃‍♂️ We're running together for Footprints Conductive Education Centre.

This year, members of the Progress Teachers and Edun teams are taking on the Robin Hood Half Marathon in support of Footprints Conductive Education Centre, a charity that's incredibly close to our hearts 💙 💛 💚

Footprints supports children with mobility and communication difficulties, helping them and their families thrive through specialist education and therapy.

For us, this is personal. Our founder's son has attended Footprints for over a year, giving him an inclusive place to grow, play and simply be a little boy.

We'll be sharing more over the coming months, and we'd love your support as we fundraise for this amazing charity.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps Footprints Conductive Education Centre continue providing life-changing support to children and their families.

We’ve been enjoying the World Cup here in the office at Progress, and with a whole heap of footy fans, plus a competitive streak in us all, there was no escaping an office sweepstake.

Harmless fun, they said…

We all made our predictions back at the beginning, and now we’re into the knockout rounds, some of those predictions aren’t ageing quite so well.

👋 Hi everyone, Ryan here, Divisional Manager and Secondary School Consultant at Progress.

I've taken over our page today to recognise this year's Year 11 leavers and the education professionals who have supported them along the way.

Five years ago, many of these students walked through their school doors feeling nervous about starting secondary school. Blazers slightly too big for them...

And this week, they'll leave as young adults, ready for their next adventure.

Working closely with secondary schools, I see first-hand that success isn't just about exam results. It's also about resilience, confidence and determination.

And behind every student reaching this milestone are the teachers, teaching assistants, pastoral teams, support staff and school leaders who have helped them get there.

No two academic years are ever the same, which is why this moment feels so significant across the sector. It's a chance to reflect on the impact education professionals have every day and celebrate the role they play in helping young people succeed.

Congratulations to all Year 11 leavers, and thank you to everyone who has supported them along the way.

We want to wish all our schools, teachers, and support staff breaking up today a well-deserved Spring half term break. 🌼

In a sector built on long days, emotional resilience, and constant dedication to others, taking time to rest is so important.

Our team will also be closed for the May bank holiday before operating on reduced hours next week (9am–2pm). We will be returning to normal hours the following week.
