Ruth Dutton, Singing Teacher A highly trained and experienced singing teacher based in Castle Bytham, Grantham. I am a professional singing teacher based in Castle Bytham.

I have taught pupils of all ages and abilities over the last 10 years, helping students ranging from beginner to advanced reach their full vocal potential. If you have specific requirements or performances in mind, your lesson plan can be tailored to help achieve those goals. My passion is to teach people to use their voice as a form of self-expression, developing their own unique style and sound.

I have had 1-2-1 personal training from some of the top vocal teachers in the country and performed in countries all over the world. As a highly trained and experienced vocal specialist, I teach the correct technique to help safeguard your voice and produce a great individual sound. I have my Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate issued by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) confirming I am cleared to work with children and adults. My certificate can be made available for inspection on request. Please contact me for further information.

Well, that's the end of another academic year and it's been another amazing one. We've succesfully competed in some wonderful festivals and fetes. I've loved watching all the performances that the students have done and seeing them grow in confidence. We've also had very successful examination results both face to face and digital throughout the year with Trinity College in their classical and jazz exams - huge well done to all students, you make me very proud!

A massive thank you to all parents, guardians, family and friends for all your support this year. Big shout to The Dance Academy for all your support. Big shout out to Trinity College for all their support in the exam sessions and also to Castle Bytham Midsummer Festival for having us back and Colsterworth Music Festival which is always a joy to attend. Massive shout out to all students for all your hard work, it certainly pays off!

She has been in rehearsals for the past 9 weeks and will start her tour in Birmingham shortly. What an incredible achievement for this talented and hard working young performer. Woohoo! Massive congratulations to all the exam students who took their face to face Trinity College singing exams last weekend from Grade 3 to Grade 7! Not only did they all pass but did it with style - 100 percent passes with merits. Super proud of you all and delighted with the results. Well done to all. 🤩

What a fantastic display of talent this morning at the Castle Bytham Midsummer Festival. The singers were amazing from the youngest right up to the most experienced. I've had some amazing compliments about each and every singer, I was very proud. And a big thanks to Liv for the lovely flowers - what a pleasure it has been teaching this lovely young lady and I wish her all the very best for the future. ❤️

Big congratulations to my student Fiona. She came to me a little while ago to build her confidence in her singing in her retirement. Not only has she joined a local choir and been performing locally, she has now just passed her Trinity College digital Grade 2 classical and jazz singing exam with distinction. What an incredible achievement. I'm super proud of this wonderful and courageous lady and I'm looking forward to working together towards her Grade 3 exam - I'm sure there will be lots of chats and a few laughs along the way! Well done Fiona. 🤩
