TWENTY FOUR HOURS LEFT!

The shop closes tomorrow.

We honestly didn’t know how this would go.

It started with Mark and Bryce sitting in the Mossgiel office, wondering how two small farms could make a ripple in a sea of HUGE dairies with even bigger marketing budgets, yet, so far.

over HALF A TONNE of cheese has been ordered!! (which is pretty crazy!)

That’s not just numbers. It’s a real signal that people want food made properly, by people they can trust.

This isn’t supermarket cheese.
It isn’t made every week.
And once the shop closes, that’s it for this batch.

If you’ve been watching, thinking, or coming back to the page a few times… this is the moment. Tomorrow, the shop closes.

Thank you for proving there is space for small-scale, values-led farming and proper craft. We’re incredibly proud of what this represents – not just a one-off cheese launch, but the foundation for future collaboration and doing the right thing for small-scale farming across the UK.
