Today is World Mental Health Day 💚 This year’s theme is “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.”

It’s a reminder that sometimes one of the most useful things we can do for someone is simply to give them the space to talk and genuinely listen.

We all have things going on that the people around us might know nothing about. At work, at home, or somewhere in between, a simple conversation or check-in can matter more than we realise.

So today, check in with your workmates, your friends and your family. And if you’re the one who needs to talk, know that starting that conversation is okay too.

Talk. Listen. Check in.

We love seeing where you lot end up after training with us or purchasing your kit from XI!👀🧗

Gary recently shared these photos with us. It's safe to say, when we asked what the view looking down was like, he delivered😂

We know plenty of you are out working on towers, rooftops and sites across the country after training with XI and/or purchasing your kit from us, so we’d love to see more of what you get up to.

📸 Got a good photo from a job? Drop it in the comments or send it over to us. You might even make it onto the XI page!

A big thanks to Gary for sharing these with us. 👏

Quick safety bit: Please only share photos you have permission to share, with no confidential or sensitive site information visible. Photos should only be taken where it is safe and permitted to do so, and never at the expense of safe working practices.

One of the most common questions we get is... "Which IPAF course do I actually need?" The answer isn't always straightforward...

The right training depends on your role, the type of MEWP you'll be working with, your responsibilities on site and, in some cases, the qualifications you already hold.

That's why we've put together this simple guide to some of the main IPAF training routes available through XI Training.

From Operator and Demonstrator training through to Harness courses, MEWPs for Managers, Spotter training and flexible e-learning options, there's a route to suit a wide range of requirements, roles and industries.

📌 This graphic is intended as a general guide. Depending on your job role or site requirements, some delegates may need additional training or a combination of IPAF qualifications. If you're unsure which route is right for you or your team, we'll be happy to help.
