We have had a busy week some of us have been on nippers areoplane to elevenarefe !!😀 there has been lots of interest in numbers and shapes, using our fingers. Challenging each other to guess the amounts. Fun with the camera taking selfies. We had fun in the loose parts making a beach with key boats.

We have had so much fun getting involved in different Children in Need activities this week in the 2s room! We loved dressing up in Pudsey clothes and some of the children chose to have a Pudsey temporary tattoo as well!

We have also been exploring the water area and seeing if we can make bubbles! We have enjoyed playing in the playdough and learning about all the colours of the rainbow!

This week in the baby room we've had lots of fun getting messy in the paint! Our favourite things to do have been making friendships and doing lots of smiling. For children in need some of our children enjoyed wearing some pudsey ears and taking funny photos, we even made some pudsey masks and other pudsey pictures.

Last week we had a visit from two lovely ladies from playgroup in Torrisholme. Emma and Megan came to do some scarf dancing with the children. We danced like fireworks, waved our scarves high, low and up and down. We made a rainbow with the scarves. The children really enjoyed it. They are going to visit again and do some yoga.
We are going to be pen friends with the children and share art work and updates on what fun we have been having

We have had fun this week with dragons, playdough and making homes for the animals and dinosaurs. We have talked / made craft about remembrance day and watched the cbeebies remembrance poppy video. We have also talked about/ made craft about dia de los mu***os (day of the dead) and watched snippets of the coco film.
We've had fun outside building structures and rolling balls down tubes. We have been making our own stories using our new story stones.

In the baby room this week we have shown our respect and created some beautiful poppies to remember the men and women who fought for our country! We have loved the 5 little ducks story sack! Learning about ducks, where they live and what sounds they make. We have also learnt the sign for Duck! We have built with the ice blocks and posting anything we could find! We have shared our love for balloons and bubbles this week and worked really hard to share them with our friends! We have enjoyed being outdoors and exploring the farm and pirate ship too!

We have had a great week in the 2's room this week! We have all loved exploring our new puzzles! We have also been exploring different wooden toys in the loose parts area. We have been testing our self-help skills to see if we can pour our own milk at snack time. We did some yoga stretches outside too which was really fun!

We made poppies for Rememberence Day and decorated masks for the Day of the Dead Festival!

This week in the baby room We have enjoyed lots of festive painting! We enjoyed dressing up on Halloween and exploring pumpkins too! We enjoyed exploring the trains and building our own tracks! We are working hard to master the fidget board too! We have built some amazing building and watched videos of fireworks and bonfires! We will continue this next week!
