SAFE- Prop Up Project is a local charity that runs the Prop Up Project in Carnforth weekly for young people ages 13-19 going through mental health or other life challenges.
✨ They run small group creative activities to build confidence in socialising and looking after our mental health & wellbeing.
🤝 They understand groups can be hard for people and their friendly team break down the barriers for young people to join in at their own pace.
