Kirkby Lonsdales Breathe Easy group is scheduled to meet this Thursday 23rd January, 1:30-3:30pm at the Lunesdale Hall. This will be a reset meeting to plan our sessions for the year ahead, as well as the usual opportunity for peer support, games, brew and post Christmas catch up. We hope to see some existing members and anyone else who might like to know more.
