🍂 AUTUMN EQUINOX | MABON 2026 AT WILDERNESS 🍂

The Autumn Equinox falls on Wednesday 23rd September 2026—the moment day and night stand in perfect balance, marking the turning of the season.

Here at Wilderness, we’ll be gathering on Sunday 27th September to celebrate Mabon, giving us the time and space to come together, slow down and honour the arrival of autumn.

We’re so excited to finally share what we’ve been quietly creating…

✨ A collaboration between four female-led businesses.
🧘 Yoga.
🌿 Botanical workshop.
🔥 Sauna & cold plunge.
🍁 Seasonal food, drinks and time around the campfire.

Book the full Equinox Experience for just £50 (saving compared to booking each session individually), or choose individual experiences if you prefer.

👥 Sessions run throughout the day in small groups of just 6 people, with a new group starting every 45 minutes.

Come on your own, with a friend, or book all six spaces and make it a day with your favourite people.

Introducing ‘The Loft At Wilderness’

Movement. Stillness. Community.

Hidden above Wilderness is a new space we’ve been quietly bringing to life.

An old stone loft with exposed beams, wooden floors and room to simply be.

A place for movement.
A place for stillness.
A place to gather.

Over the coming months, The Loft will become home to yoga, breathwork, meditation, workshops, seasonal gatherings and other wellbeing experiences led by passionate local practitioners.

If you’re a qualified yoga or wellness teacher looking for a unique countryside space to host your classes, we’d love to hear from you. Regular studio hire is now available.

This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to welcome you upstairs.
