Thank you so much for all your support over the last year, especially our volunteers. We are so proud of all of our events and we hope you all enjoyed. We wanted to share how much we have raised and what we have been able to buy for the children at Johnstown school.

We have had some incredible entries for the grow a sunflower competition and have loved hearing how much the children enjoyed growing them. Our highest entry was a whopping 295cm! Well done all!

We’ve been working very hard over the last couple of days getting everything ready for today’s disco, and we hope all the children are ready to have lots of fun and enjoy themselves!

For everyone who missed the advertised deadline for purchasing tickets through ParentPay, unfortunately, ticket sales are closed. As you can imagine, we have a limited number of volunteers available to support the event, and our time today needs to be focused on getting everything ready for the children. We also have to purchase items in advance based on the number of tickets sold, to make sure we have enough for everyone while avoiding unnecessary waste. Unfortunately, this means we don’t have the capacity to reply to all messages individually or process late ticket requests.

We’d really like to know how we can help make sure everyone sees future ticket sales and deadlines so that no one misses out again. At the moment, we advertise through Facebook, WhatsApp and the school app. If there is another channel that would help, please do let us know.

Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to see everyone later!
