Spectrum Project The Spectrum Project works in primary & secondary schools across Wales.

The Spectrum Project is an All Wales programme that is delivered in Welsh or English by qualified and experienced teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools. The aim is to promote the importance of healthy relationships and raise awareness of Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence, to children, young people and adults.

Mae Ffion yn dost heddi ac mae hi'n aros yn y gwely, ond daeth Tedi Sbectrwm i weld ei ffrindiau yn Niwrnod Cymunedol Stori Cymru, ardal Rhondda Cynon Taf. Am hwyl! Dewch draw i'w weld yng Nghaffi Parc Gwledig Cambrian, Tonypandy!

Ffion is unwell today and has stayed in bed. Teddy Spectrum has come to visit his Stori Cymru friends at the RCT Community Day at the Lakeside Cafe, Cambrian Lakes County Park, Tonypandy. Come over and say hello! There's lots of fun and lots to do!!!

The KS2 pupils at Ysgol Llanybydder enjoyed their final Spectrum plus sessions. We had a great day discussing the key adults that keep them safe and who they can tell their worries to. They also put their listening and observational skills to the test in the drawing and lego challenge.

The pupils of yr2 Ysgol Llechyfedach school enjoyed helping Ted on his train journey to overcome his negative feelings and guide him to the trusted adult for support. The yr5 pupils also learnt all about safety and who can help them if they need support. ED

Sesiynau hyfryd gyda disgyblion Ysgol y Tymbl. Bu bl2 yn helpu Ted ar y trac trên i waredu ei deimladau negyddol a'i arwain at yr oedolyn dibynadwy am gymorth. A chawsom drafodaeth gyda bl5 am berthnasoedd iach gan gymharu cartref Harry Potter a Charlie Bucket a chreu cylch allwedd unigryw yr un. Cawsom hefyd hwyl yn trafod pwysigrwdd teimlo'n ddiogel trwy wneud arbrawf a chwarae gêm o Jenga.

Wonderful sessions with Ysgol y Tymbl. Yr 2 helped Ted on his train journey to overcome his negative feelings and guide him to his trusted adult for support. Yr5 had a discussion about healthy relationships and compared the homes of Harry Potter and Charlie Bucket and created an unique key ring each. They also had fun discussing the importance of feeling safe by doing an experiment and playing a game of Jenga. ED@

Last Spectrum plus sessions with yrs 1,2 3&4 at Ysgol Llandybie. We had a lovely day discussing the key adults that keep them safe and who they can tell their worries to, made masks, thought about positive things they could say about eachother and completed the lego challenge. 😁

Pupils at West Park primary School really enjoyed our last Spectrum plus session today. We talked about key adults, played team building games and completed a lego challenge. And we got to do it all outside in their wonderful outdoor area! 😁

Safety zones was the theme with yr 5 pupils at Ysgol Bro Pedr today. We did activities to highlight the importance of feeling safe in the home and who can help us if we feel unsafe! We also did an experiment to see if it’s possible to feel safe and scared the same time! ED
