Summer Camp Day 2 complete 🥋☀️

A really good group today, with a lot of the younger ones joining us this time.

We got through grappling-based takedowns, some first tasters at kata, sumo wrestling, obstacle courses, outdoor games, a dead hang challenge and the high jump.

Great group and plenty of fun along the way.

🇪🇸🥋 Brilliant Chojinkai Summer Training Camp 2026! 🥋🇪🇸

We’re off to the airport after a brilliant week of training, socialising and enjoying everything Benidorm has to offer.

It’s been a huge success, and everybody who attended this year is already provisionally booked for next year! 🙌

I’m looking at around 20 places maximum for the training, so if you’re interested in joining us next year, please get in touch.

🥋 Training is 2½ hours for 2 days and this year we had:

* Ray Hind – 7th Dan
* Mark Heaton – 6th Dan
* Lewis Heaton – 3rd Dan

A great mixture of training.🥋💪

One of the great things about the course is that you book your own accommodation and travel, so you can make the trip work for you. You can come for the full week or just a few days.

We also have a WhatsApp group for anyone who wants to get involved with group meals, trips to the water park and other activities — but there’s absolutely no pressure. You can do your own thing and just meet up for the training.

Training continues as normal on Tuesday and Wednesday, so there’s still plenty of opportunity to get your sessions in this week.

From Thursday until Thursday, we’ll be away on our Summer Course in Benidorm.
Regular classes will then resume on Friday 14th August.
