🌿 Meet Kayleigh – Our Manager 💚
Next up in our Meet the Team series is me, Kayleigh, the proud Manager of Cherry Tree Nursery! 🌳💚
I’ve worked in childcare since I was 16, before spending 14 years working in adult social care. A couple of years ago I found my way back into early years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that I did.
When I first joined the team, I never imagined how much Cherry Tree would become a part of my life. From helping get the nursery ready to open, to watching our team grow and seeing the children develop, it’s been such a special journey. 🥰
I’m incredibly passionate about creating a nursery where children feel happy, safe, loved and confident to be themselves. I love watching those little moments where a child suddenly does something they’ve been working towards, gains confidence or achieves something that once seemed impossible. Those are the moments that make everything worthwhile. ❤️
I’m also really proud of the team we have built. I love supporting our staff, watching them grow in confidence, step into new roles and develop their own skills and knowledge. We have such a caring and dedicated team, and I’m so proud of everything they do for our children every single day.
I’m especially passionate about inclusion and SEN, making sure every child is given the support they need and that we celebrate what makes each child unique. 🌈
Being Manager definitely comes with its busy days 😂, but I genuinely love what I do. I feel incredibly lucky to be doing a job that I’m passionate about, surrounded by such amazing children, families and colleagues.
Cherry Tree is something I’m incredibly proud of, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for our little nursery. 🌳💚

Next up in our Meet the Team series is our lovely Katelyn, our Deputy Manager! 🌳✨
Katelyn has been a really important part of the Cherry Tree team and has recently stepped into her new role as Deputy Manager. We’re so proud to see her take on this next step and watch her grow in confidence within her role. 🥰
As Deputy Manager, Katelyn works closely alongside Kayleigh to help support the day-to-day running of the nursery, our staff team and, most importantly, our children. She is always on hand to support staff, help with any challenges that may arise and make sure our rooms are running smoothly.
Katelyn is also passionate about supporting our children to learn, develop and become confident little individuals. 💚 She brings lots of care and enthusiasm to her role and is always willing to get stuck in wherever she is needed!
We’re so lucky to have Katelyn as part of our management team, and we’re excited to see her continue to develop in her new role. 🌈
