The children made clay monsters last week. They rolled, patted, cut and shaped the clay, to make these amazing monsters. π

βοΈ A trip to the park and the butchers βοΈ
The children had a trip out of nursery today. First we went to Mulholland Butchers and they kindly gave the children some biscuits π then we stopped at the park for a play and to eat the biscuits on the bench.

The children made some plum crumble using the plums off the tree in our nursery garden.

Today the children have been having a WILD day. They have made tiger masks, done some lion hand prints and played with a big cat tuff tray π

This week the children made Ice cream. They used their skills to pour the cream and condensed milk, had a go at using a tin opener and with some help - used the electric whisk.
The ice cream went down a treat! I think the favourite part was eating the ice cream! π

The children went to the school field where they had a play on the pirate ship! They climbed, balanced, slid and jumped.

Today the children made some apple turnovers for snack! They sliced the pastry and scooped the apple sauce onto the pastry.

We have some new neighbours at the school - Feg and Clover! The children we so happy to meet them, and they were ever so gentle with them π

We have some hot weather and high UV forecast this week, please dress your little ones appropriately in cool, loose clothing and bring plenty of spare clothes to change into, don't forget suncream and sunhats too!
