Happy World Teachers' Day! 🍎

Today we're saying a big thank you to every teacher who turns up, plans, marks, listens, encourages and goes the extra mile. That includes the supply teachers who step into a new classroom and make it work from the first minute!

A special thank you, too, to the mentors and tutors who support our apprentices, sharing their experience, building confidence and offering encouragement when it's needed most. You make such a difference to their learning and the people they go on to support.

What a lovely message to receive from one of our recently qualified Early Years learners!

Becky has now completed her apprenticeship with System People, and it’s brilliant to hear how she appreciated our support throughout her time with us. 🌟

Seeing our learners grow in confidence, develop their skills and achieve their qualification is exactly why we do what we do.

Congratulations, Becky, and thank you for such kind feedback. We’re wishing you all the best for your next chapter! 👏

Happy National Teaching Assistants' Day!

Teaching assistants are the ones who notice the small things; the child who’s gone quiet, the one who hasn’t eaten or the pupil who needs something explained a *fourth* time!

Thank you for the care, patience and expertise you bring to your work, including all the things you do that don’t always get noticed. A special thank you to our teaching assistant apprentices past and present ❤️

Is there a teaching assistant you’d like to thank today? Give them a mention in the comments and let them know how much they’re appreciated 🤩
