... It's probably the biggest PROBLEM when you go from trying to do it yourself to working with a coach!

You have been led to believe the results come from SACRIFICE ❌

When actually

A balanced, healthy, pain free, happy lifestyle

comes from

accountability, support, FLEXIBILITY and sustainability ✅
.. Yep, the boring stuff 🤓

Or think of it like this, get the MOST result from the easiest amount of work.

"It's not that simple Ryan" is usually the reply

Which I get, but, maybe it's your approach before you that just made it SOUND harder to justify the cost & sacrifice 🫢

Something to think on maybe?

Matts story so far...

A massive 33lbs, 2.3 stone LOST 🤯
Down TWO jeans sizes 👖
Down ONE shirt size 👕
.. and EASILY the fittest and strongest he has ever been 💥

We started working together to get Matt a little healthier on doctors orders

& after all of his hard work, consistency, commitment and trust in the process

here we are today with a mini update to celebrate his success, so far 🏆

Beyond proud of him

and I'm sure like me you can't wait to see where we end up 🎯

Stopping and starting the same thing over and over agains a bit radge really when you think of it...

Same movement causing back pain? 7 days off and then doing it again won't fix it ❌

Struggling with stiffness and soreness post session? DOING MORE will make it worse ❌

Still not seeing results because of stuff like this ☝️

Repeating it til you stop won't fix it...

CHANGE WILL ✅

In order to see life long results, your approach needs accountability, enjoyment and ultimately it has to fit to YOU!

Like a lot of folk, January marked the start of a change up in training style for a totally new challenge 😬

Today marks a big personal milestone for me completing the XBorder Run Series

Happy to get over the line in general really, but, to do it without my past dodgey knee & back pain stopping me & with a personal best time as well was a double bonus 🌟

Big thank you to on his Birthday as well, great crack as always!

Onto the next one 🫡

It's Monday & that's 2 backs fixed through the tinyest of tweaks in in gym technique...

Sometimes you just need fresh eyes on a problem 🤓
..and it's often that single session that pays the most going forward ⏩

If your stuck seeing no progress

because of pain, knowledge, boredom, motivation

sometimes a little change up

Or

some fresh eyes on the problem, if you will

IS the answer

Because let's be honest

you can progress forwards standing still

Messages welcome now from those who are stuck and need help outta the rut 🙌
