As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to an end, it’s important to remember that looking after our mental health shouldn’t stop here. Prioritising wellbeing all year round helps us bring our best selves to both our work and home life.
One way our Director, Sally supports her mental wellbeing is by spending time in the garden - taking time to switch off and recharge.
Other simple ways we can support our mental health include getting outside for fresh air, taking regular breaks throughout the work day, staying connected with friends and family and making time for hobbies and activities that you enjoy.
Creating a positive balance between work and personal life is essential for long-term wellbeing, resilience and productivity. Taking small steps to care for ourselves can make a big difference.

❗️Availability for Safety Critical Medicals❗️
We are running a clinic of Safety Critical Medicals on Wednesday 7 January & we still have availability.
Safety critical medicals are designed to ensure that anyone undertaking safety critical tasks are both medically fit and safe to do so. They aim to keep the employee and others safe from workplace accidents & are required by an employer as part of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The following employees and self-employed workers require a safety critical medical:
🚧 Construction workers (non-rail)
🛣️ Roadside workers (high speed)
👷 Traffic management
Give us a call today to get booked in and we look forward to seeing you in 2026!
