Music Makers

Music Makers A fun musical experience for you to share with your child, developing key skills in language, memory For further details visit our website.

It is well recognised that babies and children respond intuitively to music. Music Makers sessions enhance the development of key skills in your child through structured sessions of song, dance and exploration of sound with percussion instruments. Sessions are suitable for babies from 6 months old until school age. Music has no boundaries - it can be accessed at any age regardless of ability, knowledge or understanding; it releases emotion and creates memories. Participating in singing provides both physical and emotional well being.

Say hello to your super singing and energetic class leaders, Helena and Helen!

Both experienced performing arts practitioners, we are passionate about the role music plays when introduced to children at a young age. Speech and language, confidence, coordination, and an ever growing imagination, the extent of early years development Music Makers provides is something we are both extremely proud of. Yet it’s not just the music we love but the friendships and safe space for the adults too.

We had a great morning planning for the new term and can’t wait to see everyone in a couple of weeks!

Want to be part Music Makers? Join us for a free trial this coming term. Message with your name, email and mobile number, and preferred day to reserve a place. Booking is essential as places are limited.

🎶 Registers are now open for new term starting back 7th September 🎶

Suitable for babies from 6 months old until children go to school, our 50 minute sessions explore song, sound, dance, movement, props and instruments, delivered with live vocals by an enthusiastic team passionate about music and the role it plays for our children. Each song encourages early years development in speech and language, coordination, listening skills and social interaction, as well as building foundations in music. At the end of our sessions, refreshments are served along with a playtime for all to socialise and make new friends.

🎶 Preparing the new term registers, deleting the names of those who have now left as they prepare for their next chapter…😢 Always gets me!

Hopefully the emotional and physical gap they leave won’t be empty for too long, and a new family can start their musical journey…

Could it be you? ❤️

Get in touch to book a free trial for our new term in September 😊
