Elemental Health Club

I had a gorgeousssss tower class at this morning and the fact that I was so in my head before hand got me thinking a lotttt about not only the pressures we put on our selves to look a certain way, but the harm that 'trends' can do. I am all for people showing up to class however they feel best, so if that's with your hair and make up done, in your comfies or in a new activewear set, I really really REALLY don't give a s**t. Come as you are, you are always welcome (and if any studio makes you feel otherwise, find a better studio!)

If anyone is in the East Midlands and fancies a classical class, get yourself to and stop in at afterwards for a refuel 🫶🏻🫶🏻

You guys loved (or loathed???) this one a few weeks ago so had to film it, would love any suggestions on what else we could add in! We went for a light spring, starting hand it small loop then taking to big if necessary! First movement feels light but it buildsssss 🌶️🌶️
