We've just added a free downloadable activity pack on women's safety in light of the Sarah Everard case. This is for PSHE aimed at students aged 14-16 but we've already had some schools adapt the materials for KS3 and Post-16. On 11th February the DfE gave an announcement for English schools in regard to statutory Relationships, Health and S*x Education and the implementation timetable around this. See here:

Fortunately, there is some flexibility being afforded in light of the pandemic and the DfE are suggesting that schools should be using time now and on the approach to the academic year to map and gap their curriculum offer.

Free Secondary PSHE Subject Leader Training
As part of our continued support for schools and colleges, we are hosting free twilight training for PSHE/ Health and wellbeing subject leaders on:
Thursday 25th February 2021, 4-6pm via Zoom.
The training will be an opportunity to reflect on your setting's PSHE/ Personal Development Education provision now, and moving into the future when we can expect schools to return to normality.
Topics covered will include:
Resourcing and timetabling
Curriculum
Getting staff 'on board' and staff CPD
Pupil voice
Preparing for inspection

Free secondary and Post-16 teaching materials.
We feel really strongly about the way schools and students have been messed about during the pandemic, and we have tried to produce some free teaching materials when we can, as well as trying to make a living! We are pleased to announce some further free materials aimed at supporting the mental health and wellbeing of students in secondary and Post-16 exam years to help them manage the current situation. These are free to anyone who has (or wants to) subscribe to our website. Materials are flexible so they can be delivered remotely or to students you have in school/ college.
