Looking for a fun activity that helps your little one build confidence, stay active and learn new skills?

Our Little Champions Karate classes are specially designed for children aged 4–6, introducing them to karate in a fun, friendly and encouraging environment. 😊

Through our classes, children can:
🥋 Learn the basics of karate
⭐ Build confidence and self-belief
💪 Improve balance, coordination and fitness
🎯 Develop focus and listening skills
😊 Make friends and have lots of fun!

A fantastic day at the Scottish International! Lots of hard work, progress and some brilliant results, while also showing us there’s still plenty to work on and improve.

Our results:
🥇 Ruby – Gold in Kumite
🥇 Noah – Gold in Kumite
🥉 Amber – Bronze in Kata
🥉 Noah – Bronze in Kata
🥉 Karen – Bronze in Kumite
A huge well done to everyone who competed and gave it their all. Your hard work and commitment in training are paying off, and it’s fantastic to see the progress being made. 👏

A massive well done to the rest of the Mitsuru team too! Together, the team brought home an amazing 10 medals overall – 4 Gold, 1 Silver and 5 Bronze! 🥇🥈🥉

It was great to see everyone supporting and encouraging each other throughout the day. A fantastic team effort and plenty for everyone to be proud of! ❤️🥋

Now it’s back to the dojo — keep training hard, keep learning and keep pushing forward. Good things will come! 💪🥋

Taking our eldest to training with Carlisle Mitsuru Karate Club on a Tuesday evening is where it all began for us. I don’t think we could have imagined or were prepared in the slightest for where those Tuesdays would take us 🥋
