We are very proud to finally be able to announce that for our third year running we were awarded a 'Good' rating by Ofsted.

As I reflect on the last year it is fair to say it has been a challenging year for a few reasons, but we have remained resilient, focused, strong and continued to put the best interests of our young people first, even when thats been at our own detriment. We care passionately about our young people, their families and our staff.

This goes to show that one little dream of making a difference, really can become a reality, when you have the best team around you. Aspire is lucky to have each of you.

So as I think about the year ahead, I know we will continue to be an open, transparent, supportive and strong team, who have our young people in our hearts and minds always. We will continue to grow and develop and already have a few exciting new things underway.

To those who have been part of the last year, thank you, from the bottom of my heart for everything you brought, for digging deep in those difficult moments and for celebrating the highs and to those that may join us in the coming year, welcome to the Aspire family.

Today marks the one year anniversary of our senior manager, Nicola Oates joining the family. She has brought so much to our home over the last year and deserves recognition for all her hard work and for always going above and beyond for not only the young people in our care, but also the staff. We are so lucky to have you part of Team Aspire. Here's to many more years of laughter, conferences, late night walks, parties and cocktails.
