Heath Massive Run Club Cardiff

Post-Cardiff Half legs were back out tonight! 👟🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Tuesday night at Heath Massive meant two groups heading out — 5km and 8km.

The 5km crew took a nice run down to Roath Park, while the 8km group headed out towards Whitchurch and back.

A few tired legs, plenty of miles and, as always, good company. 🙌

Well done everyone — especially those who tackled the Cardiff Half on Sunday! 💪

A Sunday morning at HM Run Club— one group getting the final long run in before Cardiff Half, while the 9am crew got their 5km fix. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Big effort from the Cardiff Half runners on that final long one — the hard work is done now, so it’s all about getting those legs fresh for race day! 👌

Well done everyone! 👏

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ SUNDAY RUNNING WITH HEATH MASSIVE! 💛

Two groups out this morning and plenty of miles covered! 🙌

Our 20KM crew — Coach, Tim and Sian — started at Heath Park, headed up to Castell Coch 🏰, followed the Taff Trail 🌳 into Cardiff and then made their way back to Heath Park. 20KM DONE! 💪🔥

Then our 9AM 5K crew were out in force! 💛 And this photo probably explains why we're called Heath MASSIVE 😂🙌

Different distances, different routes, but one club and the same brilliant support for each other.

Another great Sunday morning with the Massive! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💛
