🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ TUESDAY NIGHT 5K & 8K CREWS! 💛🖤

What a brilliant turnout tonight 👏🏻

Our 5K and 8K groups were both out putting the miles in, and everyone did absolutely amazing.

The temperatures were much more suited to running tonight and the cloud cover definitely helped too ☁️🙌

Loads of effort, loads of smiles and another strong session with the Heath Massive crew.

Well done everyone! 💪

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ PARKRUN MASSIVE! 💛🖤

Well done to everyone out at parkrun this morning — runners and volunteers representing the Heath Massive crew! 👏🏻

Plenty of smiling faces out there, some putting the miles in and others giving their time to make parkrun happen. ❤️

And judging by the photos, there was definitely more smiling and socialising going on than suffering 😂📸

That’s what it’s all about — running, volunteering and supporting each other.

🏃‍♀️ Tuesday night = Heath Massive night! 🏃‍♂️

The Tuesday crew were out in force this evening, with our 8km and 5km groups getting their miles in and enjoying another great run together.

Our 8km crew headed out via Llanishen Reservoir — and, despite being dangerously close to cake territory, somehow managed to resist the temptation! 🍰😂

Another brilliant evening of running, chatting and keeping each other moving. 💚
