At Toddler Sense, we always say Life’s an Adventure… and sometimes that adventure takes us on a few unexpected journeys! 🎢💜
🔥 Hot flushes
☁️ Brain fog
😴 Sleepless nights
🎢 Mood changes
🤔 Walking into a room and completely forgetting why you went in there!

Perimenopause and menopause can affect women in so many different ways, and while we can smile at some of those familiar moments, we also know that for many women it can be a really challenging time.

This October, we want to give a BIG Toddler Sense shout-out to all the amazing women in our community. 💜

To our mums, grans, aunties, carers, friends and family members who may be navigating perimenopause or menopause — we see you and we’re celebrating you! 🌟

Let’s keep talking, keep supporting one another and help make conversations about menopause as normal as talking about any other stage of life.

And if today happens to be one of those days where you’ve lost your phone while it’s in your hand… we’re sending an extra hug your way! 😂💜

We put so much love, energy (and a little bit of craziness 😂) into every class, so knowing that your little ones are having fun, growing in confidence, learning and making happy memories makes it all worthwhile.

If you’ve been to Toddler Sense, you’ll know that Tod is a VERY important member of our team! 🥰 He is our very own Toddler Sense Mascot.

One of the loveliest parts of our classes is that every toddler gets their very own Tod to cuddle, hold and join in with during our activities!💕

Just look at these gorgeous little faces with their Tods! 🥹 He’s there for the songs, the cuddles, the adventures and, of course, plenty of toddler mischief! 😂

🏠 And if your little one loves Tod SO much they want one at home… you can buy your very own Tod from our in-class shop! 💙
