Online shopping has increased by 129% during lockdown, but there is something a little different about shopping in the run-up to Christmas. John Lewis have tapped into the immersive world of virtual tours to still give consumers the experience of being inside their beautifully decorated stores in December. Customers can wander without crowds and easily click through to shop departments online.
