Unfortunately, missed some podium photos as we had to leave for our flight before the event finished. With a record number of entries this year, the event ran-over so it was a sprint to the airport.

Kimi finished 5th place at U14. Nice to have a younger squad member step up and compete internationally.

15 countries and 700 entries made it the largest European Wado Championships, plus the standard appears to rise each year which makes these results even more pleasing for the WKKU representing Wado-Kai Wales ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Not everyone had the result they hoped for, but as a coach Iโ€™m proud of our squad as the progress we're making is clear to see. Well done, everyone! ๐Ÿ‘

Few images of Anne-Marie at work, officiating for Wado-Kai Wales at the European Wadokai Championships in Cyprus. A thankless job but essential for the running of any comp.

Working the tatami for 20 hours across 2-days with colleagues from Scotland, Hungary, Cyprus, Norway, and England provides valuable international experience.

Its not all about competing in the WKKU๐Ÿ‘Œ
