Fruit painting, making fruit sorbets & tasting them at snack time. Mini beast play & making a leaf bug monster. Picking out home grown spring onions & making our own sandwiches & doing some World Cup colouring. A fun filled week ☺️

All about fruit this week. Fruit frozen in ice play, fruit paintings, fruit story and fruit lolly wall display. Well done.

What a week, Child Accident Prevention week, Road Safety Week, Sports Week & Our sponsored Toddle for Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital, AMAZING 🤩

This week we had a visit from
Kath from the Noah’s Ark children’s hospital to tell us about their amazing work. We had lots of role play activities & home corners & our story this week was all about letting everyone ‘play together’. Finally on Friday we picked our spinach that we have been growing in our garden & we all made cheese & spinach scones to take home. Have a lovely half term, enjoy the weather 😎 & see you back on Monday 1st June.

All about recycling this week. We made baskets/bags from milk bottles & went outside to collect flowers. We did some litter picking & our tuff tray had bin Lorry’s & rubbish to collect. Our story was about “The little plastic bottle” and we learnt to “reduce, reuse, recycle”♻️

Thank you everyone for understanding regarding us having to close Playgroup today. Unfortunate the building was broken into overnight, but everything is ok. We missed the children today, but see you all on Monday ☺️ Have a lovely weekend 😎

Thank you so much Margaret from Cardiff Libraries (BookTrust) for an amazing singing & Rhyming session. The children sang, laughed, interacted, danced & listened, they were all fantastic ☺️
