Help shape the future of the UK space sector.

The next generation of space talent is already out there and Space Futures: Skills for Tomorrow is bringing young people, educators and space professionals together to help them discover where their future could take them.

We’re inviting organisations across the space sector to get involved. Whether you can share your expertise, join a panel, mentor students, run an activity, showcase your organisation, provide resources or support the event through sponsorship, there’s a way to make a difference.

Your involvement can help young people discover the careers and skills behind the UK space sector, while giving your organisation the opportunity to connect with future talent and demonstrate your commitment to STEM and workforce development.

Have you heard of micro-volunteering? 💫

It involves short, flexible activities that can fit around work and other commitments, making it an accessible way to become a STEM Ambassador.

Even one hour a week or a month can help make a meaningful difference to a young person. You could support digital mentoring, deliver a virtual careers talk or answer pupils’ questions through an online classroom Q&A.

Join our webinar on 4 August to discover how you can get involved as a STEM Ambassador: https://bit.ly/3RACDkw

STEM Ambassadors are helping young people turn waste into inspiration! ♻️

Across London, STEM Ambassadors have been supporting the Broken Umbrella Challenge, where more than 1,500 young people have transformed broken toys and household items into something new while exploring sustainability and climate action.

Led by scientists and engineers, the sessions encourage young people to think creatively about real-world challenges while discovering the people and careers behind green STEM.

It's a reminder that inspiring the next generation can start with something as simple as asking, ""What else could this become?""
