The level 3 Digital Marketer apprenticeship has a typical duration of 15 months. With so many competing voices online, there has never been a better time to bring onboard a Digital Marketing Apprentice. A Digital Marketing Apprentice can help businesses generate leads, increase brand awareness and stay relevant to their customers. As a training provider we support learners with many different kinds of stresses. As part of our duty of care we regularly provide information advice and guidance to our learners. As part of this we will share the following 5 suggestions for anyone currently studying as ways to observe Stress Awareness Month:

1. Exercise! Whilst exercise might not be for everyone, it has been proven that moving your body more releases Serotonin and can minimise stress and tension.

2. Organisation! Stress can kick in when you’re feeling overwhelmed; this can be combatted by focusing on a time management strategy or writing a to do list.

3. Breathing exercises! Stress, alongside anxiety can lead to hyperventilation. By taking a few deep breaths this can slow your breathing and heart rate whilst relaxing your muscles and calming your mind!

4. Take a time out! Stress can impact your mood and behaviour. There is nothing wrong with taking time out to yourself to reflect and have a break from the situation causing your stress! Take the time to read a book, indulge in a hobby or exercise!

5. Meditate! If you haven’t tried mindfulness exercises yet, there’s no better time to start. Doing some meditation or mindfulness can really improve your mood and work as a preventative measure to reduce future stress! If you're not sure how to start, there are some really helpful relaxation and meditation Apps available for your mobile out there.

The level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship has a typical duration of 12-18 months. This apprenticeship provides individuals with a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behavior's that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector. On completion, the learners will additionally develop key skills and behaviors to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
